Pittsburgh Sports Report: How New Draft Rules Could Affect the Bucs
Major League Baseball just announced a new labor agreement that restricts the amount of cash teams can spend on amateur draft picks. Will that kill a team like the Pirates, who have dished out more money to draft picks to develop stars they can't afford on the free agent market?
